Crossroads Conference Center opened its doors in 2007 with a focus on delivering high quality meeting and banquet services packaged with cutting edge technology and convenience.
In 2009, our operation was completed with the addition of our full service kitchen providing an all inclusive banquet service.
We offer a wide variety of menu choices and packages tailored to any of our customer’s needs.
We work with many local companies and clients situated in Grand Rapids and continue to grow with new clientele coming from all geographic areas and industries.
We have made very aggressive changes and additions to our services and technology to meet the changing needs of our clients and business partners.
In early 2011, we upgraded our high speed internet technology infrastructure and equipment. This has provided us with 7 bonded T1 lines for stability and allows clients to utilize hard wired and
wireless access throughout the building with up to 10MBS of upload and download speed. These capabilities also allow multiple users to utilize this accessibility through our two 48 gigabit switches.
