Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many guests can your reception hold?
A: 250 with a dance floor

2. Do you allow in outside food and bevearge
A: No we do not. We have an award winning chef on-site who is happy to create anything you would like. We do allow in a wedidng cake from a licensed baker.

3. Who will be the Banquet Center Representative during the reception?
A: Your Sales Manager will be here for the majority of your event as well as our Banquet Manager- who will stay for the conclusion. Either are available to answer any questions or concerns.

4. Do you have perferred vendors?
A: No we do not. We are happy to make suggestions however it is your ultimately your decision.

5. Do you require a guaranteed number of guests?
A: Yes- this count is due with final payment 14 days prior to event date.

6. Do you have a contract?
A: Yes- The signed contract is due back 7 days after receiving contract, along with deposit to secure the space definitely.

7. How much is the deposit?
A: The cost of the room rental is the required deposit.

8. What is the payment policy?
A: Deposit with signed contract due 7 days after receiving minimum count and 50% of remaining balance due 60 days prior to event. Final payment and count due 14 days prior to event.

9. What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A: 120+ days prior to event- 100% refund on food/beverage/amenity cost
     90-119 days prior to event- 50% refund on food/beverage/amenity cost
     89 days or less prior to event- 0% refund on food/bevearge/amenity cost
The room deposit is automatically forfeited

10. When can I pick up my cake topper, guest book or anything else left behind?
A: The Monday following the event

11. Do you offer a discounted rate for my guests at the Holiday Inn Express?
A: Yes we do. We create a room block with a special rate for your guests. Please ask for more information.

12. Do you charge for cake cutting?
A: No- this is provided in the packages we offer.
