Lightly floured and baked breast of chicken served with a delightful champagne sauce accompanied by sliced grapes. Prepared in a classic French presentation with garden fresh vegetables and seasoned mashed potatoes.

Turkey Scaloppini

Tender filets of Michigan turkey hand breaded and sautéed in virgin olive oil and dressed with fresh asparagus in a rich raspberry Béarnaise sauce with buttered green beans and roasted Yukon potatoes.

Chicken Huron

Lime pepper and virgin olive oil marinated chicken breast lightly grilled and served atop buttered linguine noodles with dried Michigan cherries, a lemon sauce and steamed fresh broccoli.

Michigan Stir Fry Turkey

Local Michigan turkey tenderloins teriyaki marinated and sautéed with select fresh vegetables, Crossroads own stir fry sauce and served over seasoned white rice with chow mein noodles and sliced scallions.
