About Us

Crossroads Conference Center opened its doors in 2007 with a focus on delivering high quality meeting and banquet services packaged with cutting edge technology and convenience.
In 2009, our operation was completed with the addition of our full service kitchen providing an all inclusive banquet service. We offer a wide variety of menu choices and packages tailored to any of our customer's needs.
In 2012 we added a pavilion to our outdoor patio along with 14 pine trees which shields the patio from the highway creating an intimate space

We work with many local companies and clients situated in Grand Rapids and continue to grow with new clientele coming from all geographic areas and industries.
We have made very aggressive changes and additions to our services and technology to meet the changing needs of our clients and business partners. 

In 2012 we also updated our wireless and hard internet for Crossroads with a stable connection of 10 MBS upload and download, which also has the capability to burst up to 50MBS to give you reliable fast internet.
 These capabilities also allow multiple users to utilize this accessibility through our two 48 gigabyte switches.










Vanessa Snelgrove- Corporate Sales Manager
Vanessa joined the Crossroads team in 2011. She received her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Grand Valley State University as well as
studying abroad in Australia at the International College of Management Sydney.
She started her career as an Event Coordinator at Rock Fire Grille. Her educational experiences have led her to Crossroads facilitating corporate sales and coordinating meetings. Whether your event is 10 people or 200, Vanessa will be passionate about planning your event down to the last detail. 
  

Nicole Spain- Wedding Sales Manager
Nicole graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Psychology- however she realized her true passion was hospitality.
Nicole began as the Assistant Operations Manager and quickly became our Wedding Sales Manager. She enjoys making sure the
bride and groom are worry free on their special day through detailed planning.


Mike Alderink- Head Chef
Chef Mike has been with Crossroads since August 2011. He came to us from Uccello's Ristorante where he was the Executive Chef.
He has received many awards for his culinary skills including a silver medal at the Michigan Hospitality Industry Expo.
Chef Mike is more than happy to sit down with you to prepare a menu which is tailored especially for you and your guests!
